Certified as a Patissier and Chocolatier, Chef Rumana’s dedication to pushing the boundaries of pastry artistry is boundless. Her aspiration to raise the bar and set international benchmarks for the field is evident in every creation she brings to life.

Beyond her role as an accomplished chef, Rumana is a visionary entrepreneur, proudly owning and leading Incredible Art – an Artisan Cake Boutique situated in Kochi. She gracefully wears multiple hats, serving as the Executive Pastry Chef, Chocolatier, and Dean of the Incredible Art Academy – A Baking and Pastry Institute in Kochi, Kerela.
